Biography short

The Spore is a rock band, founded 2009 in Hamm, Germany.
The band consists of Franky on vocals and guitar, Lars on bass and Tommy on drums. In this final constellation the trio makes music together since 2019 and gets along well also offside the stage.

Although the band had to face some reshuffles in the beginning period and most musical appearances were still confined to the rehearsal room, they managed to finally release their first album „Generation“ in the beginning of 2016.

The topics of the songs are diversified. The songs are about love, heartache and stories from the real life, and also some lyrics have a rather society critical perspective – but they still shall give hope for a better tomorrow.

The last thing is very important to the band. Therefore it probably was an unconscious attraction which brought these three musicians together - who all have a sense for idealism - rather than that they all met by coincidence.
